 Healthy, wealthy and wise is my Mantra.  When I need to center myself or just when I begin to meditate      - I focus on healthy, wealthy and wise.  It is part of my law of attraction studies with the Secret. And since I am trying to focus on health it becomes a handy mantra.   So what changes have I made to the diet so far.  PROTEIN.  Every time I see the dietician it is up the protein.  So, as you may already know I start the day with a protein shake. Lunch is a sandwich, but I find I crave salty - then sweet.  So now the salty is a few nuts and seeds, and sweet is a Fiber One brownie.  This way supper is usually a normal dinner with the family.   I try to plan the meal ahead of time and have been using the crockpot a lot during this hot summer.   Wealthy is also the goal - I try to think positively about having money.  I am going to put in a walk-in shower in the bathroom for my mom - then...

I swear every time I try to get health, I get majorly sick.  Tuesday at 3:00 am I thought I was coming down with the stomach flu. I was nauseous to the 10th level and ran into the bathroom, grabbed the handy garbage can that we all use to throw up in but nothing happened. Then this strange feeling came over me.  In all my sixty years I never felt like this before.  I got scared.  I then got a terrible pain in my right side and stomach.  I ran in to the bf who was awake because of all my commotion.  He thought appendicitis and so did I.  I laid for a while.  Finally fell a sleep. When we got up I made a trip to the hospital because of the pain.  I was looked at from top to bottom and this is what I know.  Apparently my lady innards are shrinking.  Guess because I don't really need them anymore.  I have a cyst on my liver and a nodule on my adrenal gland.  But to my surprise I have had these since 2013 - no one apparentl...
